  Staff was very friendly. The cafe downstairs was a nice place to sit and have a drink. Rooms were clean and comfortable. As mentioned in other reviews, they do not clean and change linen or towels during your stay (we stayed 4 nights), but this was O.K. with us. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we returned to Krakow! - It was amazing value for money. The cafe/reception was one of my favourite things in Krakow with great food, drink and prices and the atmosphere was second to none. The staff were SO nice and the rooms are warm, clean and comfortable. I have stayed here twice and will stay here again for sure.

  Fantastic hostel! The location is excellent, right in the heart of Krakow's Old Town and just 10-15 mins walk from the station. The hostel itself was very clean, the staff were friendly, the beds were really comfortable with fresh sheets provided. Since it is a fairly new hostel, it is a work in progress..so they are still improving it. It is clean, safe and inexpensive, an excellent place to see the sights and experience Krakow by foot.   This was a perfect base for exploring Krakow. It is in an excellent location. Our room was clean and cheerful. Everything appeared newly refurbished. The common areas for eating and relaxing provided a place for interacting with other travelers from all around the globe. The staff was helpful and friendly. Thus you make your own bed and the room is not cleaned daily. The staff were extremely good and helpful. It was useful to be able to make a hot drink in the shared kitchen area.
