The locatios of the hotel is perfect, not in the main square, instead at a 10 min walking distance, which I do prefere. - Location in the center, really close to Wawel and Stare Miasto, with tram stop in 20m. Quite comfortable and very clean, but cold.

  This was a perfect base for exploring Krakow. It is in an excellent location. Our room was clean and cheerful. Everything appeared newly refurbished. The common areas for eating and relaxing provided a place for interacting with other travelers from all around the globe. The staff was helpful and friendly. Thus you make your own bed and the room is not cleaned daily. The staff were extremely good and helpful. It was useful to be able to make a hot drink in the shared kitchen area. Located very close to the centre of town.

  Great customer service. We booked 2 rooms (one for two person and the other for three). They arranged for us to have a two bedroom apartment (One double bed room and the other room for 8 people) so that we could have the bathroom, kitchen facilities all to ourselves :) Location was close to everything and very central. (the other one is not as pretty, so when we couldn't stay in that room another night the stuff gave us 7-bedroom dorm as private room for 3 of us).
