  The apartment was spacious and very nice. It was situated in a quiet locality near a park and yet a few minutes walk to the main market square . The owner's representative was a nice lady and she and the owner were quick to attend to our needs. The apartment was nicely maintained and well furnished.   A very nice hostel to stay in located in a very calm, green district. The room the 2 of us lived in, was designed for 3 people and it was very spacious. Another advantage is a big balcony where we put chairs and had our dinner cooked in their well equipped kitchen which was just near our room. A very clean hostel with clean toilet and bathroom and... hva folk sier » although the only person from the staff (the receptionist) spoke english, everybody was friendly and ready to help. Plus - very cheap and free of dif - We arrived late at night (2 am) and the owner was waiting for us. There was a parking lot on the territory available (prior reservation needed) so we left our car at the property and went to the center by public transport. The tram station is a 5 min walk from the hostel, the ticket (for 20 min which is enough) costs 2.80 zl. The room was nice, with chairs, a table and a wardrobe. There was a big bathroom with a shower cabin and a bathtub on the floor. Would stay there again.

  I stayed for one week at the Abra apartment, they picked me up from the airport for a very good price compared to other taxi services.. Apartment itself looked very clean, modern and conveniently..It's got really everything you need. I can highly recommend this apartment to everybody. - 1 room apartment with separate shower and toilet. Large kitchen area and living / sleeping area. WiFi provided along with tv and dvd player. Very friendly owner with basic essentials already in apartment (coffee, sugar, toiletries etc). 10 minutes walk from the Main square / Old Town. 10 min taxi ride (£3) from bus and train stations. Excellent value.

  Everything in this hotel was very good! Staff speaks english, the rooms are nice are nice and clean, no complaints at all! I am very keen on sightseeing so going to the city center was a must and it can be easiliy done with 5 or 6 tram lines that stop maybe 100m from the hotel.   We liked the location of the Hotel. - Helpful response to my complaint about traffic noise - they found meanother room that was much quieter. Staff very helpful generally.

  It is low cost hostel. Staff polite, bathroom very clean and beautiful. - Great location in Krakow, quite easy to find. Room clean and large enough. Pay in change at the arrival: not a problem, there is an automated teller machine in few meters from the hotel.

  Excellent location (5 min walk to market square). Staff were very welcoming and friendly and arranged to pick us up from the airport, they even booked our visit to auschwitz for the next morning providing transport and a tour guide.
