  The staff were excellent, extremely helpful and professional and made customers feel welcome. We think other reviews of this hotel, mainly on other sites, are unfair as the hotel is far better than described. We were very pleasantly surprised. - I have stayed at this hotel many times. The hotel is located immediately adjacent to the motorway (not noisy) easy to find and has good parking facilities.
