The staff is amazing, so helpful. I had asked about a nice restaurant because it was our 10 year wedding anniversary, she went through a few options until we decided on a location. She immediately made reservations for us and within 30 minutes of us getting settled in our room, there was a knock at the door with a complimentary bottle of champagne and a note congratulating us on our anniversary from the front desk staff. Above and beyond. Bravo!!!
Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were good for four star Norwegian hotels but less than other four star hotels elsewhere in the world.
A bit of a walk to the center of the city even though it is not too far.
The room, the bed, the breakfast, the late checkout-time and the friendly and professional staff.
The bathroom had a funny smell when we arrived but it vanished and didn't come back:-) No hotel parking but there was easy accesible parking nearby.
