  The view from our hotel room was amazing! Great view of the little lake with fountain and the area all around it. Great photo opportunities. Leisurely walking by the sea and terrific shopping within a minute walk from the hotel. Location is superb!   Loved the room, very very nice. The breakfast was great, good selection of bread, cheese, cold cuts, fruit, pastries and fruit juice etc. The beds are very comfortable, I managed to sleep well even with a bad back. Great choice of food and natural juices including smoothies at breakfast. Central location, wide choice of toiletries including toothbrush and razor.

  The staff is amazing, so helpful. I had asked about a nice restaurant because it was our 10 year wedding anniversary, she went through a few options until we decided on a location. She immediately made reservations for us and within 30 minutes of us getting settled in our room, there was a knock at the door with a complimentary bottle of champagne... hva folk sier » and a note congratulating us on our anniversary from the front desk staff. Above and beyond. Bravo!!! - Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were good for four star Norwegian hotels but less than other four star hotels elsewhere in the world.

  We loved the apartment with a living room and kitchen that connected to bedrooms. We loved the view to the fjord where we could see the ferry going back and forth. On the whole a great place to stay. - Big, comfortable room, nice breakfast, spa included in the price - worthy of a visit.
