  This was a very nice condo hotel located on a ski mountain in the middle of the Fjord region of Norway. Everything about this property is on the high end of Norweign standards and at a reasonable price.   For Norway, a reasonable price. We did not mind cleaning for ourselves at the end of our stay. Clean, modern, comfortable for a family. We enjoyed being able to cook our own meals. Most likely you need a car. It was summer, so we used this as a homebase. Some daytrips we enjoyed: Gudvangan and ferry to/from Flam. Drove to Viks where they re... hva folk sier » commended a nearby hike with blueberries/raspberries for the children along the way to see a beautiful waterfall below a glacier. We also drove to Jo - Very good equipment in the room, friendly stuff, reception works 24/7. Great location - in a hour you can reach 1) Gudvangen to the East (great Naroyfjord nearby, and also stunning view from the serpantine road above the tonnel to Gudvangen), 2) great Hardangerfjord to the South 3) Sognefjord to the North (and near the road to Sognefjord you can walk over snow fields even in August!).   the lady who runs the hotel is very helpful .The breakfast is excellent. The hotel is located in a ski resort and the rooms are large and comfortable - Very nice stay if you are going to ski in Myrkdalen. Located right at the slope bottom, 10m apart from drag lift.
