This is n new hotel that was opened in February. In one word it was fantastic. The quality of everything from the decor, to service detail, and food were of the finest quality. The artwork was a collected and hung in almost every corner of the hotel even in the stairwells. The breakfast assortment was as extensive as one could possibly wish.

Perfect central location. 1 minute from the Parliament, 3 minutes to the Town Hall and harbour. Less than 10 min walk from main train station. Staff very friendly, we even got upgraded from a superior room to a suite. Very clean. Breakfast selection very very good. Free wi-fi included, plus 2 PCs in the lobby connected to a printer, so we managed to check in and print our boarding passes on our last day.

The hotel is, as the name implies, centrally-located. It's a one block walk to the Nationaltheatret train/metro station (so getting to and from OSL airport is a breeze!) You're also within easy walking distance of many of the main tourist attractions.
The room (I had a double) was quite nice, with large windows and high ceilings.
Their breakfast was also on point (definitely worth waking up for, especially given how expensive food is in Norway.)

Fikk tilbud om å oppgradere rommet til buisniss class, og da fulgte det med frokost på rommet. Dette satte vi enormt pris på, en luksus vi ikke får ellers med to morgenpigge barn :) - Da vi viste fram bookingbekreftelsen fikk vi et bedre rom enn vi hadde betalt for. Frokosten var bra og de som serverte frokost gav en fantastisk service.

From walking into the lobby and listening to the rock and roll music combined with a lobby looking like no other, I knew my days in Oslo were going to be special. I enjoyed the technology of opening the hotel room and elevator operation to staying in the room watching HDmt. This is probably my new favorite hotel in the world. So many good things
to say, I'll try to keep it short:
- The staff at the desk was friendly - and so helpful. Their dinner recommendations were right on when we asked for an affordable dinner

An absolutely great hotel. A very good value-clean, spacious rooms, great breakfast, located about 1 mile from the city sightseeing center, free coffee and outstanding, friendly and knowledgeable staff. All of their recommendations for restaurants were excellent. I research all my hotels before a stay and this was right on target. I would highly recommend it to anybody. My wife says it made the trip. I agree!
