Dinner is available upon request and can be served on the communal patio or in the dining room. All rooms are heated and include electric blankets. Some rooms offer a patio, a flat-screen TV or an en suite bathroom. Frankton Spa B&B is located just 3 minutes’ drive from Queenstown International Airport. It is 7 km from central Queenstown and 17 km from Arrowtown.

This BB is a wonderful place to stay if you are looking for a home away from home. The owners of the BB were very helpful and knowledgeable about all activities nearby. Although this is located about a 5min drive from downtown Queenstwon the view that you get of the lake from our personal patio was amazing. We were on our honeymoon so we got treated to a patio with the hot tub. This is a great place I highly recommend it. Monika.
alle vurderinger » The staff/owners were very friendly and helpful, but not in an overbearing way. The rooms were very clean and the owner cooked us a delicious breakfast every morning. He also had numerous maps and brochures of the Queenstown area and attractions. Make sure to get the room with its own private hot tub and fireplace, with a view of Lake Wakatipu... definitely worth it!. Mr. Sepp (the boss) is very warm and friendly. The outdoor Spa is a very pleasant experience, the room was very warm and clean, the breakfast was delicious.Location: just by the road from Queenstown airport to the town center, very convenient ..... perfect three days stay :) 老板Sepp非常热情友善，屋外的Spa是个非常愉快的体验，房间很清洁很温暖，早餐很可口，酒店位于皇后镇机场到镇中心的路边，非常方便.....居住了三天，我和太太的感觉用完美来形容！. Josef is extremelyfriendly and helpful. Wonderful breakfast. Large, clean studio with high quality bedding, towels, shower etc. Great views from window and easy drive into Queenstown. Made to feel welcome from arrival. Wish we could have stayed longer and had massage in spa also. Had a really enjoyable relaxing break .. Everything was really close by and the host Joseph was really informative and helpful with what we wanted. Went there for a short break could of stayed for a holiday. Everything was great. I stayed there on my final day of my trip. I was traveling by bicycle and they were very helpful and accommodating in getting me and my bike to the airport. Absolutely amazing. Josef was friendly/helpful. proximity to airport,great breakfast. It was not a problem at all for us, but be aware that the location is about a 10 minute drive outside of Queenstown proper. No TV in room - it doesn't work to share a TV with complete strangers in the shared area. Signage on arrival could be better - hard to tell whether the Spa reception is the B&B reception or not and the bell wasn't obvious. Bit of drive into Queenstown. Other than that no complaints at all. Wished we could have stayed longer!. Nothing significant. nothing. could do with a towel rail in the bathroom. Nothing really...maybe shared kitchen and ironing facilities. The only thing I didn't like was that I had to leave. NOTHING ! Although at times the wifi was a bit slow. The dark stairs down to the main part of the B&B. outside dog house (that I didn't make use of) might be a bit close to the road and the public, and is out of view of lodging (security reasons). A little out of town ,not a problem if you have your own transport. Nothing. only small details...need to hang towels etc in bathroom, lovely lounge and shared kitchen, but I imagine it could get busy/noisy when band b full. Steep walkways. Bed was a little bit too small (4'6''). Shared facilities (my fault for not checking the offer). wi-fi not great. bed was a little short for a tall person. No air conditioner. None. Would have been useful to have a TV in bedroom. layout.
