The breakfast was just excellent with eggs, fresh homemade orange juice, jams, fresh nature youghourt, tea, bread with cereals etc. The appartment is completely independent from the owners house. I was offered free use of the breakfast coffee facilities and was able to check into my room before lunch, no extra charge. Free wifi is fast and stable.
