Refreshing change from a bland hotel / apartment. comfortable and homely. self catering facilities and outside terrace a real bonus. Great part of city - a bit 'off beat', but with a real buzz; the street itself was wonderfully quiet. Easy access to city centre. Short walk to tram stops, clean, large and comfortable with own garden access. Lovely area, nice little flat.
