The staff were welcoming and helpful. Location is ideal, central but quiet and our room was excellent value. the beds were comfortable and room was clean and though not large it was well furnished with adequate facilities to make our stay easy. The bathroom was particularly well equipped with a spacious and responsive shower. Turning left out of the central train station, it's an easy 5-minute walk away. Seemingly half the city's trams pass through the station out front. I had a conference at the convention center, which is a 10-minute walk on mainly pedestrian streets.

The room was big enough. In a high floor, in the back of the building facing the city centre . There was a kettle and soluble coffe and tea. The bed was very confy. The location opposite to the train station is very convenient. Plenty of supermarkets around. The information centre is near by. Walking to the town centre at night was lovely.

First of all the Staff was very helpful and kind. We took a suite, which was a great value pick compared to the other hotels, as it was festival weekend in the city. The room was very nice and clean, and the kitchen equipment were ok.
We found the lobby area very beautiful. They had a nice library, pool and pingpong tables etc.

The hotel has a lot of additional facilities like billiards, ping pong, the gym, a lot of common space with couches and chairs. There is a cafe just next door where one can have a nice breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The hotel is located in a very nice and cosy area of Rotterdam. It's very close to the river Maas and to the centre. A big part Kralingen Bos is also fairly close by bike.
Very good value for money.
