  Saskia and Peter are the friendliest most helpful people possible! The location was perfect! Bang in the middle of Amsterdam and was only a 10 minute walk from red light, 30 second walk to Dam square! Apartment was trendy, cool, modern but very homely. Most definitely the best apartment you can get at that price. Saskia (who owns the apt.) is available 24/7 - Super friendly. Location is superb! It is only a stone throw away from Dam Square and most main attractions. Look no further if searching for accommodation. Trust me on this one!!!

  We recently stayed 3 nights at the Palace B+B and loved every minute of it! Rudy and Pia are a delightful couple who were very helpful and welcoming.Our room was very comfortable and well equipped, looking onto a small, colourful indoor garden.The fridge was well stocked and a variety of delicious breads, boiled eggs, fruit, croissants etc were de... hva folk sier » livered to our door each morning,enabling us to have a really good breakfast and make snacks for the day The location of the B+B is perfect - we wer - Rudy and Pia are wonderful hosts. I was only staying for one night en route to Africa, but they were very accommodating in every way. The Garden Room is spacious and comfortable. They thoughtfully provide breakfast in the room so that guests can have it at whatever time is best. Also, the location is excellent--very walkable to many if not most of Amsterdam's major places of interest. One note: the two flights of stairs are steep, so that may be something to consider.

  The apartment was itself just beautiful: clean, comfortable and with huge windows that looked out over the Singel canal. The shower was nice and hot and the bed very comfy and th - The apartment was as advertized,clean, has all conveniences and despite being located close to the city center was quiet and cozy, view is beautiful. JoJo, the owner, met as as agreed at the door, helped with the luggage as stairs are steep (but we were warned about it and did not mind), was very friendly and when we had a question late in the evening replied to cell phone call immediately.   The warm welcome we received from Wendy at the reception desk was just the beginning of our very nice stay in Amsterdam at the Nesplein V.
