  I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. From the staff to the cleanliness, to the room....it was all excellent. Linda helped us one morning and made phonecalls on our behalf to help us find specific shops in town. I loved the room. It was very quiet. The ambiance in the restaurant area in the morning is very nice. Very c - 3 night stay - Hotel located very close to Metro line - station can be seen from the hotel - so if you are travelling by car, just leave it at the hotel and travel by public transport to the city center. Parking is free from Friday 6 p.m. to Monday 9 a.m. After that it is Euro 1.50 for an hour or Euro 9.00 I believe for the day.   The rooms where modern and clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful and can speak English. - Hotel is still not 100% ready for its guests - sauna etc but staff were excellent. I have recommended it already.

  The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was nice and varied. The spa was very relaxing and had plenty of different areas, despite the initial shock that swimwear is not permitted.   Great hotel for the money! Tram line was rite outside and 10 mins max tothe centre! The staff were helpfull! The room was modern and much biggerthan it looks in the photos! It feels really safe with the securityguards always around. Compared to the 2 star hotels closer into town Iwould happily pay twich the ammount to still stay at this hotel!
