Short way to the city. Very good standard. Polite, helpful and nice staff - comfort, friendliness, professionalism, all little extra's such as comb, sponges, toiletries, slippers, choice of pillow to suit needs. excellent! buffet breakfast outstanding. The service was outstanding - staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgable and really went out of their way. The building itself is spectacular - the architectural design and merging of old and new to create a dynamic lifestyle experience with the comfort of the new and the charm and character of the old. - Very friendly staff, at the hotel bar we got to wait for our drinks a bit longer than expected and as an apology we didn't have to pay - excellent customer service!
