  The hotel was very nicely located. The tram stop right outside took you right into the center of Amsterdam and it was only a 15 minute journey! We were also told that surrounding shops gave you a discounted service just for staying at this hotel! So that was pleasant. There were also many local shops, supermarkets, fast-food restaurants, ATM machi... hva folk sier » nes and bakeries within a 5 minute walking distance. We also found a very good coffee shop just a 5 minute walk away. The hotel itself was very clean - we are married couples with a child 1 years old. The hotel is sooo nice, clean, simple and modern, friendly staff, beside restaurants and super markets, discounts I can get in many shops if I make online check in, beside a tram station, the position is so nice.Perfect for the price, although the price is not including in it changing towels or cleaning service or the TV, but I still found I dont need these things If I just use the hotel for sleeping

  I thought Hotel Ajax was a fantastic place to stay, Always had clean towels and sheets + toilet was cleaned regular within the 5 days i stayed here. Staff were extremely friendly...... From other reviews i had came across saying infested with rats and all that other complete bull that is all lies. Would stay here again, value for money.   I had a fantastic stay. Staff was extremely nice, helpful and friendly. The room was clean and nicely decorated.
