Excellent location, all the attractions/places to visit are within 5-10 mins walk of the hotel. A canal tour and coffee shop are situated right outside the door.
We had the double room with private bathroom, very spacious and comfortable. Also a little rooftop terrace with beautiful views.
No time restrictions, you can come and go as you please.

we had an excellent time at residence sweets, the staff treat you like family and are lovely, our breakfast every morning was amazing and fresh.. the room was tidy, clean and spacious. excellent location near to all squares and just around the corner is canal trips and shops. we got to come and go as we pleased,excellent. we really enjoyed our stay, and will defiantly be booking again, thank you

The room was great, unusual in that it felt luxurious. Those coffee bags were great, nothing like that in England. I have told everybody about them! It was central and value for money in comparison to what I have paid before and not been as happy with.

very attentive reception by Erik who was exteremely helpful on any pssible question or issue.
He made us really feel at home in his appartement, who is centrally situated in de very neighbourhood of the Jordaan.
At the same time the room was extremely calm adn silent in the recently rebuild convent building.

location fabulous and if got easy access to email while away then should have no problems also would be great if you have a group to hire all 3 double rooms as communal areas lovely, unfortunately for us we stayed as a couple on a night on weekend and two of the other guests held a party on the premises and were very noisy! -

Fantastic location just round the corner from Centraal Station, was easy to find - its basically above the Resin coffeeshop. Beds were alright for a short stay, good enough kitchen facilities for us to cook up a couple of very tasty meals. Decent size bathroom with a good shower. The Old Lady is a restored terrace on the canal in Amsterdam. We rented the apartment which is spacious, comfortable and clean. The building is very well located only minutes from the railway station and right on one of the canals. Most of the city's attractions, shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. The hosts are very cooperative and an excellent breakfast was provided.

I really enjoyed the whole experience of the houseboat! It was clean and I loved the fact that there was a terrace to feed the ducks! I also enjoyed taking a bubble bath in the nice huge bathtub! -
