The hotel was central and there was no problem with language. The staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I was very impressed with their rooms and parking spaces specifically for women and there was a wide assortment of toiletries in the room. Small property with very friendly and unobtrusive proprietors. Continental breakfast served in the room was good. We had two rooms on one floor with a bathroom with modern showers and spa bath on the same floor. Short walk up slight rise from station and town centre. Close to bus route to Town and to Burger Zoo. Lovely big rooms and comfy beds.

The bar and lobby areas are wery nice. - The hotel staff was excellent. Location was good and having a garage to keep our car in was a bonus. - Saff were very friendly and professional. It was also immediately across the road from the train station, so very convenient for train travel.

Spar for munchies.......underground secure parking for our touring bike,

Everything about this hotel was good. We arrived in the rain on our motorbike soaked and the staff were extremely helpful as we dripped over their floor.
The room was perfect, clean and very well equipped. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in.
I would especially like to thank Denis who really put himself out to help us - even coming down to the car park to show me where to park my bike so I wouldn't get charged.

Every room in the hotel is decotated differently. This makes for a very interesting stay if you are a business person and need to stay at a hotel in Arnhem regularly.
