Charles was a fabulous host! ThePark Mansion was so comfortable that it was a pleasure to come back torest and relax before the evening activities. Through out my trip, this is the best place I stayed! It is like a Palace, so romantic,royal, elegant,artistic and full of good spirit and culture. it just make me say "WoW"! The fact that it is so close to the main train station and near the most exiting area of Amsterdam, as well as the fact that my staying in the hotel provided me much comfort. - chilling at the bar. Going for a swim. That there was secure parking. The staff were excellent in helping us when our passports were stolen, when we were out site seeing.

Staff were so friendly and helpful, the hotel modern decoration and outlets with fireplace were so delightful. Rooms were big enough with the modern touch. Overall, this hotel is a masterpiece, every detail had a touch of Art. I just loved the place and would like to thank all staff members....you made my stay special....keep it up -

Guests can simply pick up anytime, free bottled water, and apple/banana at the reception area. The warm cookie for incoming guests is a nice way to welcome everyone. Wifi works well.
