The location which was quiet, the breakfasts were great, the bed was large and very compfortable,the coffee maker, the cleanliness of the place the most important of all to us.
The weather was so cold and awfull for our trip, we spent a lot of time on the boat, it was warm, there were hundreds of good DVDs so we watched loads, and fed the swans, and ducks through the open window!

I loved the experience of staying in this beautiful, well maintained, centrally located typical Amsterdam building which was the main reason I picked this place. The owners were very helpful and kind, and carried our heavy suticases up the narrow stairs. The apartment was clean and very comfortable with a useful kitchen filled with appliances. There was a great view of the canal and it was very quiet. A few minutes walk to 2 different tram stations which made it easy to get into the city's central locations. I would recommend it to my friends.

Easily the friendliest staff of anywhere we stayed across Europe.
Want to make your own cup of coffee or tea in your room ... it's all there for you. Want to iron your clothes ... there is an iron and ironing board in your room ( the first time we'd seen this in Europe in over a month of travel). It's these little differences that just make travel so much easier.
Great breakfast, great location, one of the largest rooms and bathrooms we'd had on our trip. Perfect.

We loved everything! Except the stairs. Our room was up 5 floors of
steep stairs but if you can get over that... The rest was awesome!
Extremely clean, very large, very well equipped, great bathroom, large

Excellent breakfast (with different types of bread, eggs, fruits, fresh
orange juice, dutch cheeses, ham, yoghourt, cereals...), available bikes
to go directly to the citycenter (10 minutes), the nice westerpark near
the B&B with cool bars with music, terrasses and restaurants. If you
don't want to bike, there is a busstop at 2 minutes walk. The
B&B itself is so lovely, on the water, in front of an authentic
mill, the place is so quiet you just ear the birds. Wout & Lia are
