The welcome. Staff called in advance to determine arrival date and special requirements. Friendly staff service. Perfect location in the smart area of amsterdam, close to museums. Small hotel with just 3 rooms. Very quiet yet our top room had excellent views of the square, yet silent and comfortable, Top room had entire floor for privacy including sauna, coffee room and private bathroom. There is also a roof terrace( not seen). Bed comfortable, and plenty of coffee and tea. A cafe and restaura.

Great personalized service from the owner a truly positive experience. Very beautiful upscale neighborhood loved it. We've had a great time at Park Boutique. Our big and clean room was located on the second floor overlooking the square and Vondelpark. Good bed, nice decor, plenty coffee and tea in room, bike rental. Quiet and set in upscale part of town yet close to Museums, canals, shops and restaurants. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Very recommended!. We were contacted days before arriving to make sure we could check-in earlier than 2pm so that was really helpful - we could leave the bags and go! Sauna was really nice, location was really good, transport links, had the whole top floor to ourselves (deluxe room). The location, near to Vondelpark, the museums and Concertgebouw is fantastic, the owner very gentle and helpful (gave us a very good advice for indonesian food). From the rooftop, excellent view of the surroundings. Lovely little B&B, very windy stairs! Superb breakfast. Amazing sauna. Comfortable bed. Proper home from home. Go to Van Kerkwijk restaurant on Nes just off Dam square, it is fantastic!!!. The B&B is close to the city centre, and very close to the major museums. The room was very nice, great design, clean with kettle and fridge. We really like it. Thank you!. The location was superb. Tram literally few steps away from the lodgings. Clean, nicely designed rooms with great comfortable homely feel. It was more personnel than staying in a hotel, felt more like staying at a friends place.The roof top terrace was lovely. The personal attention, the breakfast, the clean room and the best place I've stayed in a long time ... Good location near tram straight to Central Station where you can base your whole trip from basically. It was a very pleasant and comfortale stay with freindly and helpfull owner. Breakfast in the room. great place to stay!!. Nice area , pretty decoration , confortable , near museum . Very near to a tram stop, unlimited tea and coffee. We liked everything! But if you are in the looking for a hotel with smart reception and hotel restaurant, then go elsewhere and pay the price. We liked this hotel as we felt at home in the middle of amsterdam and will stay here again. Stairs are steep (normal for Amsterdam) for those with walking disabilities. No dislikes its all good. Nothing!. The stairs up are a challenge... Not great if you have lots of bags, they are very narrow and steep. You get used to them quickly though. Because of the stairs I wouldn't recommend if staying with small children. I found the bed way too soft but that's a matter of taste. I still slept like a baby and my partner found it really comfortable. Extremely steep stair case, even the pictures don't show just how steep it is. Nothing to dislike. Very steep stairs, would be a little issue with a heavy luggage, but Anne was a huge help. This is not a real hotel , no reception and hotel closed when we arrive . The big problem is the stairs : they are very hard and it s complicated for Young children or aged people. Damp Bedding: when we arrived the bedding was damp and the replacement bedding given was also wet, we used a hair dyer to dry the bedding. breakfast was not provided and we were not informed until the day before arrival. bathroom is shared. building works were being carried out on the very small and steep stair case while guests were present.
