The location was perfect and the owner of the apt Pepe is really helpful and problem solver. You can go everywhere in 5 min by walk. Shopping mall is two min from flat. Dam square,Jordan,Rembrandt,Red light,central station everywhere is close to Orange studio. Open your door, step out and you are at the street now. Rest, Cafe,shops are right next to the apartment. The apartment is quite small, but very cute, clean and has almost everything you need for a trip to amsterdam. Beds are very comfortable. The location is prefect - just 50 meters from the shopping street, but in a narrow street, so that there's not loudly in the morning when you're sleeping. The owner is outgoing and helpful.
EXCELLENT Location! 5 minutes walk to central station , dam square and coffeshops. An ideal solution for small groups of friends! Thank you, pepe!.

Lack of the Internet.
Maybe ( but it's only a little detail) the "dining zone" is a bit dark...i suggest to add a little lamp there :-) !
If you are taller than 1.80 , be careful when you wake up!.
The studio had one large window that faces directly onto the sidewalk.
The noise/lack of privacy weren't great.
Noise early weekday mornings from people going to work.
Would be a lot better if there's wifi. Street light in front of the apartment would be essential as in late night the spot in front of the door is really dark and spooky --we once encountered a suspicious dodgy person at night and though we weren't sure of his intention, that was real scary. And in another night there was suspicious knocks on the door as well. (nothing spiritual, as that person knocked on other doors as well as I could hear.).
Door on apartment locks behind you, we were not made aware of this at the time had to pay for a locksmith to get us back in, also had to pay a deposit that we were not made aware of.
