Staff at the Sofitel Casablanca were friendly and helpful- nothing too much trouble. Their English was good, a boon for non French speakers.

Everything! This hotel is underrated, I think they deserve 5 stars. Rooms are clean, with all kinds of little details. The overall hotel is well maintained and invinting. Rachid the owner and the receptionists were all very nice. They gave us
directions and Rachid showed us to a good brunch spot, The Fence.
The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. I slept like a log.
The guards save the parking spots out front for guests, so I was able to park my car for free and it felt safe since the car was within eyesight of the guards.
I could see it would be a good place for business travellers, as there is a nice kitchenette and large desk.
