The bed was So comfortable. They had English tv channels. The view (atlas) and balcony. Air con was pumping. So nice to come back to after hectic time at markets. Recommend pizza by the pool at Oasis lounge. -
Superb customer service from the moment you step through the door. Fantastic welcome tour by guest relations staff.

The hotel was a like entering a different world once one was inside the hotel gates. One felt very peaceful, calm and tranquil after the hustle and bustle and noise of Marrakech. Location was excellent....15 minute walk to the new town and a few minutes walk to the souks. Staff were extremely friendly and couldn't help you enough. A lovely quiet and relaxing riad a 5 minute walk from the main square. Very nice clean rooms and would recommend. -
Riad Hasni is an oasis among the souks in Marrakech. Pure luxury in a very authentic Moroccan way. Can recommend it highly and hope to stay again some time in the future.

Ideally located to truly experience both the old and the new Marrakech. Why stay in the 'sterile' new city hotels and never experience Marrakech as it's meant to be experienced?

The staff were very attentive and friendly. Thank you to Majid for delicious breakfast and great service. Great hostess who was checking on guests' feedback on daily basis. We appreciated being showed the way to the main square the first evening and that there was always a member of staff waiting on the corner of the main street to escort us to the riad late at night. Great facilities and atmosphere to escape the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh medina.

A great place to stay in the centre of the Medina. Francoisse was so friendly and helpful and really made the stay very special.
