  The location is fantastic, 5min walk from the Jamaa el Fna. The hotel is beautiful, spacious and the rooms are extremely spacious and luxurious. The service is amazing, everyone is friendly, helpful and they went out of their way to ensure we were happy. They kept our pram for us in their luggage area every night, surprised my wife with a birthday... hva folk sier » cake and rose petals - not sure how they knew, perhaps noted from her passport or her checking in on Facebook!! Also, free breakfast in bed is great - The hotel was a like entering a different world once one was inside the hotel gates. One felt very peaceful, calm and tranquil after the hustle and bustle and noise of Marrakech. Location was excellent....15 minute walk to the new town and a few minutes walk to the souks. We have stayed in many hotels throughout the world and experienced many different levels of service from staff..   A very professionally run Riad, well trained staff and level of service from everyone. The decor and architecture are stunning and our room "Panther" simple adorable. All of the riads ( this property is made up of 4 or 5) linked to create La Sultana are stunning. A lot of thought has gone into its flow and design. First class, excellent breakfast ... hva folk sier » offering and very romantic suppers. We have stayed in many stunning hotels around the world and this is right up with the best of them. Great Hamman a - Where shall I start... If you want an enchanting experience you'll never forget, go to this place with it's magical Morrocan style!
