  The staff was very helpful, very professional, and knowledgeable. I amvery happy that I selected that hotel for my stay. I do not speak Frenchor Arabic and neither does my husband but the desk clerk and bellboyswere very attentive. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and deliciouseven for my American taste. The doorman greeted me this time with a big smile, and a 'welcome back.' (In French, of course, as it is Morocco.) But it doesn't matter if your French isn't great, the staff is very friendly.   The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of the city they spoke English french and Arabic the manager was extremely nice and very helpful. The Twin Centre is also an excellent reference point for taxi drivers. It's only a 20dh taxi to Casa-Voyageurs train station. The room was immaculate, the breakfast outstanding and the service was perfect throughout our stay.
