Staff are friendly and courteous, breakfast and coffee-house environment are soothing and relax. - Decorate in my room and service from hotel staff is very good. I recommend that late check out should be until 2.00 PM. if your room is available.

Helpful, thoughtful, polite and all with a smile. The rooms were lovely - tastefully decorated. The hotel was enormous! And the buildings themselves were beautiful, particularly with the gardens and water features interspaced between and around them.

  The location. It is great because just across is The Pavillion, our favourite shopping jaunt.The staff. They were very helpful and friendly. They let us check in immediately upon arrival at noon even though the check in time is after 3 pm and let us extend the check out time until 4 pm; the staff at The Bussiness centre let us use the fax machine ... hva folk sier » free of charge which was really a great help. The room. Spacious with very comfortable beds. Cleanliness is up to our standard and the extras like suf - We stayed in Westin for 3 nights 4th - 7th Oct 2013. The hotel is a 5 starts, staff friendly and always smiling. The breakfast is amazing with a lot of variety I really love it specially the bakery section was really lovely Room is specious and clean Kids club is nice but not for free 20 MR for the first hour then 15 MR per hour The hotel is in the heart of shopping area opposite there Pavillon and with 2- 5 mints walking there are 4 to 5 big shopping malls and nice restaurants Defiantly
