  I like everything with this hotel. We arrived early morning and they allowed us to checked in as early as 10am. Everyday the house keeping offer their service to clean the room and refilled the soap, shampoo, toilet paper and drinking water. Towel changed daily. The family room are huge good for big family. Very comfortable shared space what makes it easy to get to know other travelers or just chilling out with your feet up on one of the couches. Big screen Mac for everybody to use. Very helpful and humorous staff.

  the location is strategic and near to the shopping complex.like to be here again next time - It is well located, easy walking distance to many sights in the city - seems to be quite safe, the door is closed at night - not everywhere common in malaysia, was silent enough to sleep, good when you are backpacker, for 1-2 nights.
