Friendly staff, rapid check in/out despite it was rush season, room & hotel faciliteies all in 18th. Floor. We like the relax & play section, refresh & sky pool and also the self service laundry room. Price was reasonable, worthy and the best comparing to other hotel apartments in same area. The space of the room was fantastic and the small kitchen was impressive.
Self laundery in each floor cost 18RM only for 6kilo cloths.
Gym is ok and 2 room with Xbox 360 and wiil
Location is just right for shopping areas and restaurants.
Staff were very friendly and helpfull
I am an airline crew and spend more then half of my life in hotels
Fracer place really impressed me.
I think cause it was so practical for us with our child that every thing we needed was available

They let us check in immediately upon arrival at noon even though the
check in time is after 3 pm and let us extend the check out time until 4

The hotel is a 5 starts, staff friendly and always smiling.
The breakfast is amazing with a lot of variety I really love it specially the bakery section was really lovely
Room is specious and clean
Kids club is nice but not for free 20 MR for the first hour then 15 MR per hour
The hotel is in the heart of shopping area opposite there Pavillon and with 2- 5 mints walking there are 4 to 5 big shopping malls and nice restaurants

Everything is so well-organized and stylish. Amazing staff assures avery pleasant stay in modern, clean and comfortable rooms. The transportto main terminal by buggy takes 2 minutes and from there to lcc-t bypublic bus (1,5 MR/person) is ca. 15 minutes. its cleanliness,proximity to shopping and transport. Staff are friendly and courteous, breakfast and coffee-house environment are soothing and relax. - Decorate in my room and service from hotel staff is very good. I recommend that late check out should be until 2.00 PM. if your room is available.

I loved Somerset Ampang, my apartment was very spacious, modern and clean. The staff are very friendly and courteous and the facilities superb. I used the rooftop pool and gym every day which was great to wake up in the morning or refresh after a hard day's work. The location is also very good in the embassy quarter and near to Ampang Park metro station. KLCC is also walking distance so was perfect for the convention centre. Excellent location. 2 minutes walk to the elevated walkway which connects Pavilion Mall to Petronas towers and KLCC. The back exit from hotel connects to Bukit Bintang. Side exit connects into Karyaneka. Breakfast is excellent. We got upgraded to 10th floor royale club room which had great views of Petronas towers. The staff was gracious enough to call me n inform me that my room rates
will be reduced because of charging error. They could have just made me
pay the inflated rate but they were so honest and nice to revert my rate
to the lower one. For that I am ever so grateful.. I will surely stay

I had an early check out and they pre-packed a breakfast pack for me to take to the airport.
