I stayed at Chateau Resort 3 nights , in Feb 15th . Me and my brother
got classic room which was upgraded for free from the hotel.
The staff were friendly and very very very helpful ..
This hotel one of the best prestige hotel ,so you will noticed the kindness of the staff starting by security guys till the reception staff..

If you are looking for VVIP kinda of experience, The Chateau is the place to go. Form the moment we checked-in till we check-out, we were served like the Kings and Queens. Service was good, environment was excellent, we stayed in the Suite with Terrace and Spa Bath, facing the mountains. Early in the morning I will sit at the balcony, and be absorbed into the serenity, listening to the birds chirping and wild monkeys swinging from tree to tree.....I definitely experience peace and calmness.

Made booking on line on the same day check in. Was impressed that check in was fast and without hassle.
The King size bed was very comfortable.
Convenient location, East Coast mall just across the street, many good restaurants nearby.

We came during a busy festive season, but the reception staff were really cool, even though the front desk was like a zoo. I always find that remarkable.
Place is pretty descent for a quick coastal getaway. And very good value for your money. -

I liked the room, neat, large and clean. Bathrooms are also very comfortable, this is my second time stay here with my family. Swimming pool also good, I can enjoy my breakfast while watching the kids swim. The workers are friendly and welcoming. Our arrival is most welcome. -

They upgraded me to Executive Room. How nice :-) And the room was as requested, higher floor and twin beds, in fact it was 2 x double beds. The room is big, the bathroom is big, the shower is big. The breakfast even though not lavish, but suit my taste with many choices of local food. Great treatment ;-) TQ -

Staff is just awesome! Hayatt is my favorite here in Malaysia as far as service is concerned. Location is perfect: Telok Chempedak is a natural beautuful bay, the beach is clean in spite of the fact that public beach has no visible birder with the hotel. Many shops and cafes are outside, and still it's nice and clean. -

family friendly especially when I'm with my 3 little kids, age 8, 6 & 5, they love swimming , fun fair at night and the games arcade with karaoke box..it was really family fun outing! We had so much fun, and would definitely come back next time! -
