1) Check in/Check out: staff is very professional/customer oriented. During the check in they even provide a massage.Welcome drink.

My wife and I had the most relaxing and amazing vacation at the Danna. From the minute you check in till check out, the hotel staff are extremely attentive and always approachable. The buffet breakfast is one of the best in comparison to many 5 star hotels that I have stayed at. Very fresh, excellent variety, really amazing all around. The bed is extremely comfortable, the swimming pool is absolutely beautiful. There were a couple of minor instances that I had to raise my concern about, however the Guest Relations Manager (Jana Zahranova) was very courteous, professional and helpful. I can only highly recommend the Westin Langkawi.

Amazing location - it's far away from other hotels (except Datai) in one of the most wonderful seashore I've ever seen, a lot of green around so as you live like in the wild tropical forest with beautiful sea-view.

My family and I were very happy upon checking in the hotel room.. Room was clean, tidy and neat.. We stayed at the 12th floor facing the sea view and the view was awesome..
As for breakfast, the food served were average.. Not much variety..
There's a bazaar in front of the hotel and you can find cheap souvenirs there..

Unique resort and room. Excellent breakfast. The staff was kind and very quick to respond to any requests. The balcony was a nice addition and the bathroom was unique in that it was open and even had a stone wall. We stayed in the sea villa area suites that were situated at the sea. -

Our room facing sea and hotel club house with swimming pool...very awesome view. Nicely located with lots of food stalls every where l think more then 10, so you have lots of choice.
