We had a nice stay in this hotel. The value is very good and the staff is very helpful. The hotel is nearby to many 24 hours open restaurants, so we can do self catering very easily. The hotel have security at night and make us feel safe.

When informed they took action after 24 hours. The front desk lent us an umbrella as it was raining very heavily, at no cost.

the bed too soft. maybe already used it for very long time.Room is small. Nobody sweep the room just made the bed and top up toilet paper and empty bin daily.

can't excess their wifi in my room, asked the staff and they say wifi is only available at the lobby.
wifi can connect,but cannot use!very bad.
many cockroaches,noisy, night lamp has strange sound when switch on more than 5mins, no shampoo, pipe broken.
it was pathetic. What is shown on website does not match at all.
