The staff are attentive and efficient. It has a 'reading room' and tried to maintain the colonial peranakan charm. 3 kinds of little tidbits that are synonymous with locals. Easy access to key attraction spots; good eateries nearby.

  We had a really enjoyable stay at Ramada hotel. The room was comfortable and had amazing view over the river and town. We were really happy to get a great offer from letsbookhotel.com that includes one hour massage, the welcoming drink and the breakfast(the breakfast was the best ever, you could get all types of food and it was freshly made for us... hva folk sier » ). Overall we were very happy with our stay. - When I arrived at the Hotel by taxi the driver tried the usual trick of the trade of claiming that he did not have change for 5 ringit. The staff at the hotel handling our luggage lent me 5 ringits to resolve the problem. When we asked for an extension of the check out time it was granted.

  Love the service - The staff is really nice, they can even buy bus tickets for you. The location was a bit hard to find at first (even for a local taxi driver!), but once you're there, you realize it's pretty central. Free wi-fi.

Because from the Main bus station you have to pay 20 rm! - The staff was really awesome. The best we've seen and Malaysia. They did everything to make sure we had a great stay there with our kids.
