The staff couldn't be more helpful even going to a shop to buy an extension lead so we had more power sockets. Air con worked well. Close to town and malls. Lots of convenient shops on the immediate streets.

Lack of electrical safety with regard to a broken power cord to the tv.

I didn't like the condition of the rooms. The Air Condition was broken, the Television was not functional. out of 10 I give it a 1.
Service was poor, there's nobody at the reception counter & have a bad impression towards the hotel. I didn't stay 3nights as per booking.
