Staff should be more professional, not seeing eating or sleeping in full view of patrons.
I stayed in room 215. The bathroom door cannot be closed properly. The
window glass looked like it's going to fall off anytime. The room
smelled terribly. If you asked me, the carpet need replacing badly.
