Clean, nicely furnished. Good management attitude in addressing customer complaint. Eager to successed, having customer's satisfaction in mind. Clean, comfortable, central. The room was clean and big enough. Need a better standard operating procedure SOP. more employee training, yet the employees try thier best to please hotel visitors. I was promised Wi-Fi in the room, but there was absolutely no internet - neither in the rooms nor in the common areas. Will only recommend if Wi-Fi is functioning as promised. when travelling on business this is imperative.
