The staff is so kind and will do their best to make your stay comfortable.
I have been upgraded to a suite. I found it great... very comfortable, clean, trendy, made will high quality materials and finishing.
The suite has 1.5 bathrooms.
The bed is so comfortable and the TV channels are diverse and nice.

Stayed for a night with my wife and was a night to remember.. Loved the design, extremely friendly staff, check in - out 5mins, spacious rooms, very comfortable, very clean, great value for money and perfect location in the middle of down town Beirut, 2 mins walking from jemmayzi street (pubs and rests), 10 mins walking from the shopping area..
Best for leisure and business for the city lovers.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the ones I dealt with ( bacher b., fadi abi k., and makram). The atmosphere was great and shopping mall next to the hotel (le mall) was beautiful. -

To begin with, we were really lucky with this choice.location is just amazing.many attractions r surrounding.

The location was good in terms of accessing the downtown area and the souks. It was a nice walk to Zaituna Bay - which is a great place to eat - and equally nice walk to Germanzie St. Although there were plenty of places close to the hotel to eat. Staff were great in providing helpful advice. Great if you like going to bars till late.

The breakfast was good, personnel very friendly, room very big and clean and quiet, everyday complementary water and sweets. Food was very good and really affordable. For this price the hotel was really good. And it has a nice open sun terrace where you can sit. -
Friendly, a bit out of the city and taxis very difficult to get without prebooking.
