To us.. &Quot;Soo" is The best guesthouse We have been to
Seoul,Korea many times staying in many guesthouse but we found out our
best one is Soo guesthouse. If we have any chance to visit Seoul again
we will stay there for sure. The most impressive thing since we entered
the guesthouse is the warm hospitality of the Owner Mr. Ji hyun.He

The Guesthouse owners are very friendly, helpful and thoughtful! Brought
us citron tea with muffins as supper when we came back from chilly mt
seoraksan. Breakfast menu varies daily from
strawberry/tomato/carrot juice with tteokbokki/chestnut
rice/toast. The double room that we stayed in was comfy, had space
for my 2 luggage and heated wooden floor. Plus Myeongdong Station was
only 5 mins away, with TwoTwo Chicken, a Twosome Place and an excellent
zhajiangmian restaurant in the vicinity. I will.
Great location, 5 min walk to myeongdong metro station, so it's good
for people who are looking for a stay close to the one of the popular
and main shopping streets in Seoul. The guesthouse is really pretty
looking, cute graphics and homely. We thought it was really value for
money. The guesthouse owner is really kind and fatherly. His wife and
him invited us to homemade lunch, perhaps cos his wife was ard at the
time we arrived. We went for bbq dinner with him as well. Really warm

The owner is very friendly and helpful. He provide us suggestions of our itinerary and the guesthouse also provide breakfast daily (served different local fruits). The guesthouse is really clean and pretty. I really love the theme of the house! Make me feel so warm n cosy. Location is also quite good just a few minutes walk from Myeongdong exit 3, there are food stalls and a 24 hrs convenience stall jus opposite the guesthouse. Hence, everything is so convenient in my opinion! :).
The owner and his wife are very nice and helpful, the location of the guest house is amazing: really close to Myeong-dong which is THE place for shopping and also close to a Tube station with only a few stops to the main sightseeing spots! The breakfast is very good and complete, the place itself is newly refurbished and very clean. There is a roof terrace with a view on Namsan tower! If we are lucky enough to go back to Korea we will definitely stay there again!.
Wonderful house with wonderful housekeeper! The location is comfortable:
in 3 min from metro station, 4 min from huge shopping area with a lot of
different cuisines. From the second floor of the house you will be able
to enjoy the view of Seoul Tower. However, the district is quiet. Very
kind housekeeper cooks delicious breakfasts every morning. There is
everything what needs as inside the room as at the house. We recommend
to stay here!.
Mr Ryu and Mrs Ryu were wonderful host and service was very personalised
and sincere. Mr Ryu even made Fresh Strawberry smoothie and Ginseng
Essence Drink when we came back from our sightseeing at night. Breakfast
was awesome and homely. Room was well-furnished and the house was
decorated in a very homely and cosy manner. We totally enjoyed our stay
there and would recommend anyone looking for a cosy and affordable
hostel in Myeong-dong!.
Brilliant guesthouse, run by a lovely couple. Good location, less than 5 min walk to myeong-dong metro station, which is a very nice area. Room was small but had everything you need, clean and very modern (it had underfloor heating). They offered us tea on arrival, which was very good. Nice breakfast: toasts, juice, milk, cereals, fruit and korean food. Overall, very very good. Definitely would stay there again.

You are given three separate keys - to the main gate/ you get your own shoe box/ of course your room. This was a huge plus as I noticed some guesthouse do not give out keys.

The owner of the guesthouse is very kind with little understanding english. He cooked and served healthy breakfast and fruits. He always offered more food to us. He like to help the customers about direction, places, attractions to go to. By walking 2-3minutes there is a subway station exit 3 with elevator. Just across the street there is a myeongdong market. And there are many restaurants around the guesthouse.
I like the smell of the wooden floors and it was a very warm and cozy
stay. Ahjussi(husband) was very friendly and Miss Eun Soo(owner) cooked
breakfast. It was wonderful. The air-conditioning works great during my
stay as it was summer. Wi-Fi was very strong. The toilet was much bigger
than I expected. It feels just like home. It was just a 5-7 min walk
from Myeong-dong station.
The breakfast was awesome with an array of fruits that varies everyday and other delicious snacks. The owners were very friendly, hospitable and helpful in many ways. The guesthouse was conveniently located near the mrt and limousine bus service, as well as the shopping areas. My mum and I truly enjoyed our stay there, would definitely recommend this place to everyone!.
The location is very close to Myeong-dong (shopping market) and very
convenient for transportation.You can also find a lot of good
resturants nearby the house. The Staffs at Soo guesthouse are very
friendly. They prepare a lot of breakfast for you every morning. The
room is very clean and cozy. I think the room size is perfect and the
decoration is very cute.
They looked after us really well from bringing in our luggage, providing refreshments when we got there and different foods through out our stay.

The location is excellent with only 5 min walk to Myeongdong commercial area and its metro station. The boss is a very nice guy who perpares breakfast every morning and gives you a sweet gift. I love my stay in Goo Guesthouse, the food was great, the hosts are very accommodating, they even go out of their way too help you of your needs and help us in our inquiries regarding places we want to go.the place is so clean, and give us some needs like special drinks for us. they make us fell so welcome.
It's actually better than I expected. Been travelling to few cities
in S. Korea and I think this is the best guest house so far (with the
owner in the same building). The house is beautiful, the trace view is

Only one down side of this guesthouse is the staircase and up hill
walking in front of the guesthouse is very steep.If you have big bags
call Mr. Ji Hyun, he will help you out.
We took the airport limo express bus and alighted at sejong hotel stop
and then had difficulty locating the guesthouse with our luggages. It
takes about 15-20min to walk to the guesthouse from where you alight
from the airport limo. So it was tiring to drag our filled and heavy
luggages to that stop when we were departing to head towards the airport
again. Oh and this guesthouse is probably meant for people looking for a
quiet stay.
The guesthouse was located on the hills/slope. Hence, for people with heavy luggage, please be prepare for this. Other than this, everything of the guesthouse is great!!.

The uphill stairs to the entrance of the guesthouse. Not recommended if
you have elderly with you. Also, to access to the rooms you need to
climb a flight of stairs. But Ahjussi was really kind to help me with my
heavy luggage.
