We really appreciate the service extended to us by Mr Kim. He is a very humble & helpful person tho speak very little English but could understand us. Annie, a Taiwanese is also a very pleasant lady who has been assisting us a lot in our queries since the day we had booked with letsbookhotel.com. The apartment is easily accessible to train & it is just right below the apartment taking the lift down to B1. Restaurants are everywhere near the apartment. Very good and budget place to stay for a family with up to 3 kids.
Elevator is going down on metro station, good if you have a trolley.
Also direct metro line to both airports without any connection,
aproximately 50 min, the same time we have spent when arrived on taxi.
4 stations away from city centre. Small kitchen helped to prepare a
meal for our baby, also used once to cook fresh seafood from a
fishmarket (5 stations away with one connection). Student area flooded
with cafes, small resauran.
We enjoyed staying at Njoy. Its actually located in a residental building so it was nice to see ppl from all around the world in the building it gives u a feel like home too. The window is very wide so the view was sooo nice! Easy to get o the subway by going down to b1 cross the road n u r in the heart of hongdae :)
Mr. Kim was nice enough to give my family a ride to the airport since they had big laugages that a taxi won't fit in. Afterall it was a nice vacation with the fam ^^.
Very convenient location with many stores and restaurants nearby. (elevator that goes directly to subway). Staff was friendly and provided clean towels each day and allowed us to store our luggage after we checked-out. Kitchen was stocked with appropriate kitchenware for us to cook our own breakfasts. In house laundry and detergent was included. Bedding was great! Loved the pillows and the soft blankets...most comfortable bed we slept in during our 2 week stay in Korea.
Very good location, just above subway n the apartment is very clean n comfortable. There is a dunkin donut at this building. most of all, the service is warm n pleasant. As our flight were delayed, we only reached njoy at 12.30am, the manager/staff was very nice n patient, even though we only booked for a night stay he would still go through the apartment info thoroughly. We really have to thank him for making our trip a pleasant experience.
The location was really good - it is connected to Hongik University station through B1, and Hongik University station is also connected to the express train service to Incheon airport.
The vibrant Hongdae area nearby has many food and shopping places as well.
The apartment is very clean and comfortable, with wifi and cable TV provided. A fresh set of towels are provided everyday and six complimentary masks were given to us as welcome gifts!.
The Staff (Mr Kim) was so nice, friendly and very helpful to us. We really have to thank him as much as we enjoyed our trip in Seoul.

Excellent location at Hongik University. Lots of shops and restaurants just across the street. The Hongik University subway is right below the apartment. Mr Kim provided complimentary airport transfer from and to airport which is lovely. I booked a family room for 3 of us. It is a loft unit and it can comfortably accomodate 6 pax. The service provided by Mr Kim and Annie is excellent.
The staff were really friendly and nice, willing to clarify our doubt and questions quickly. Especially the Korean boss, always smiling and making us really comfortable.
Location was perfect, the subway exit is just below the building.

The location is very good. As winter, tourists even don't to walk
out the subway station, just walk from Exit#1, there are a road leading
to elevator to this building!

Location - 45 mins away from airport with direct access via A'Rex.
Apartment- clean plus the mattresses and pillows were soft and
comfortable to ensure a good night sleep. Service - one of my child fell
ill and the boss was kind enough to research for clinics and hospital
information. Eventually one of the staff accompanied us to the hospital.
First of all, thanks to Mr. Kim. He was so kind to give the map of Seoul and explain us in details the ways to get some places. The room was on the 19th floor. Amazing view from the windows!!! This hotel is situated just above the subway, there are many shops, cafes near it. We liked our trip!.
The only word I can describe this hotel is perfect! Good location which has metro station right under the building. The staffs there are always nice and warm! Good service with economical rent, this place is much more than I could expect! I will definately visit again next time!.
Humble and nice uncle Kim. Room was consider big, but staircase slightly steep. Near hongdae subway exit 1 v convenient for shopping. The name of the apartment was not v clear in the directory board, was getting hard to find our way, even security guard was quite blur too..
The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodative. The apartment is new and clean. The kitchen is very useful for my parents and relatives. They could make simple breakfast every morning.

The only thing I can mention, rooms require some repair and refresh.
As the paradisetel building name is not in English, we had to wander around for awhile.
There was only 1 toilet in the apartment which did not have a lock. This can be quite problematic as the apartment is meant for five people. However, if this is not an issue for you, the apartment is actually perfect.
The stairs to the bedroom was a little too steep and there was no signage in English to the Apartment. You will find it a bit difficult to find for the first time.
The ceiling for the bedroom is very low and we have to bend to get to our beds. But it is not a big problem as we only use the top level for sleeping. It is a bit warm at the bedroom level as the aircon unit is fitted at the living room level. A fan is provided on bedroom level so it is not a problem for me.
Maybe because Korean tv is different with my countries... We cannot
adjust the tv very well.....
Unlike hotel where we could get help 24 hrs, we have a short-circuit one
of the night but could not reach anyone via their emergency contact no.
We have to sleep without aircon for one night, only to realised that
they have someone sleeping overnight at the office. If we were told
about that, we would have walk over to the office and resolve the issue
there and then.
the only difficult thing was to find this place (no arrows, information boards, etc). Big thanks to one korean girl who helped us to find the hotel (she walked with us 20-25 min!!!!!!! ).

The staircase is rather steep for old people. The ceiling was low for the beds located on the loft.
It was quite cold, I guess the heated floor did not function but luckily they provide a portable heater.

It was difficult to locate the office ( located in the 6th floor). There is no sign in the front of the building to tell you were to go to find NjoySeoul, so it is important to bring the address and floor number with you.
