  Excellent staff, very courteuos, and willing to accommodate any needs whatsoever with a smile. No other hotel I have been to anywhere in the world has arranged a staff member to help me do some souvenir shopping in the market. They even went to that extent !! Being a disabled traveler, I was provided a brand new wheelchair and staff to help me wh... hva folk sier » enever and wherever I needed to go. The concierge made all the arrangements to help my movements within the city, sight-seeing, pickup & dropoff a - Rosita Enami is an excellent customer service representqative. I had e-mailed her several times before our booking and she promptly e-mailed me back. When I entered on the day of booking, she was very helpful and diligently helped me with our reservation.She is an asset to the Rose Hotel.

  Friendly staff, We arrived early, and got a room after 10 minutes. Good connection with limousine bus direct from Narita. Handy with shops and restaurants just under hotel. We were going on a cruise so not too far to go by taxi to port. - Beautiful and clean property right at the train station making it an excellent place to get into and out of ... hva folk sier » Yokohama.
