Hva folk sier
The hotel is in a perfect location and very easy to find, only one stop
after Shinjuku which was perfect as Shinjuku station itself is very
confusing. Good wifi connection. We stayed in the Japanese style room
and it was great value for money the bathroom was compact as to be
expected in Japan but it had a bath which is amazing!.
Really close to Shinjuku area, only 10/15 minutes by foot. The nearest station (Shin-Okubo) is two minutes away and the Korean district offers a wide variety of restaurants and entertainment.
The hotel staff is nice and the price is really convenient for the location.
Beds very comfortable.alle vurderinger »
Perfect locaton close to subway. Just 20 min walk (with luggage) to Shinjuku station. A bit worn down but tidy, friendly and with a pefect location with loads of restaurants nearby and next to a subway station on Yamanote-line from where You can reach all of Tokyo.
Great location, 1 minute walk from train station on the Yamanote line and one stop away from Shinjuku station. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Excellent bar right beside the hotel and a 30 second walk to dozens of restaurants.
Location was perfect! About a 5 minute walk from Kyoto station and close to many amenities downtown. The staff was so friendly and helpful! We stayed in the double room which was really comfortable. The entire hostel was immaculate!.
Good Location and the family room located on the first floor is big enough. We appreciate because they helped us to call taxi to airport. It was easier if you brought a lot of things in tokyo.
Staff are helpful and location is not too far from places such as Harajuku and Shinjuku. Travelling by train is best or you could take a leisurely walk.
Location is very close to Shin-Okubo train station. I stayed here for the Tokyo Marathon 2013. It's only one station away from the start line.
The triple room is clean and quite wide, we have more space to pack our big bag.
Near by 7-11 and subway. free wifi available in room.
Really good location, rooms are the biggest we've seen of the budget hotels. Only one of 4 that has a large tv and can watch for free.
(1) Great location - 2 stations within 2 minutes of walking (Okubo/right & Shinokubo/left)
(2) Friendly & courteous staffs.
easy access to train station, clean although a bit worn out, comfortable size, friendly staff, they provide free storage services.
the room was the largest one among the hotels that I stayed in Japan. and the staff could speak english very well.
Very simple and great for the price. Easy to find, close to the train station.
close to the station, easy to find, will stay here again.
Quite close to subway station
Good value for money.

This place is good if you want something close to major train stations
which Shinjuku is in order to get you around Tokyo easily. It's also
perfect for budget consecious travellers who are not backpackers &
are happy with a simple room just for shower & sleeping as there are
no facilities aside from a microwave in lobby. We had a quads room and
though small we enjoyed the added balcony where we could sit out @ night
& watch the lights. The Vivo Daily separately run & operated
ta. The hotel is in shin okubo , one station to shinjuku , the place of the hotel is really convenient to go somewhere else , the hotel is in a small street so it's not too noisy even if the main street has a lot of bar and restaurant.
The price was really worth it , 35000 yens for 4 nights for 3 peoples.
Excellent position (2 minutes walk from shin okubo and very easy to find despite as other reviewers said), good quality for money spent, bathroom equipped with all necessary, slippers, tv, fridge, air conditioning. A lot of convenience stores and budget restaurants. Very quiet.
Quiet residential neighborhood, short distance to train station, plenty
of restaurants open past midnight, near convenience stores,
McDonald's, walking distance to Ikemen Dori (if you are a Kpop
fan^^), drinks bar at ground floor of hotel.
* good location
* good price: has a fridge in the room which is good, has a bathroom and toilet but it is very dark and small.
One station away from jr Shinjuku station. Located in Korea town, with
lots of shops and places to eat.
Easy to find and near to train station. Surrounding got a lot of shop to hang over.
Location, free wifi, clean rooms everyday but not change sheets.
nice location near to train, clean and facilities ok.
Polite staff, clean but small room, free wifi.
good location and room with
bath room.
We were there only for 1 night.
I liked location and price.
near subway.
Location!.
Convenient hotel location to the train station and there are many food places surrounding the area. Run down place but the place is kept clean.

I liked the location a little, it was close to the better side of town
but.
The position is cool, is in the heart of Shinjuku...
Room a bit old but ok for the price.
Nothing, everything was fabulous!.
Light outside the shower room is too dark (basin area). Do not have weighting machine to weight the luggages.
None.
Room smells of smoke. Didnt go away even after airing it.
(1) Mattress need to change - too high usage (uneven in the middle).
not easy to find as it's located at small backyard.
no kettle in the room.
quite cramped in the room.
The rusted bathroom sink.
Many bugs in the room, very bothersome getting bit every night.
Unsmile staff.
small
no facilities.
Old/damaged room interior.
clean up room.
bathroom is too small.
The staff aside from the young guy where not to helpful, especially the
lady she was not one to ask anything, she never knew the answer to any
of the questions. It would be nice to have a hot water facility to make
tea or coffee even if in the lobby like the microwave. Aside from that
all else was good. the room is a little small for three peoples and the bed really uncomfortable , except that for the price nothing to say about it.
.
Everything was fine for money spent. Just the owner is not so smiley & friendly ...
Mega tiny bathroom!.
room size is very small. Two people hardly had any room to move. had to sit on the bed most of the times.
bed and pillows have stains on them, and look unhygienic.
Staff didn't speak much English and weren't very welcoming or
friendly. Hot water sometimes took very long to warm up. Tv was not
connected to the antenna, so couldn't watch tv at all.
Very small room.
Beds very very uncomfortable.
Don"t have proper guidance to guest regarding Tokyo from front reception, must have proper communication services to guest from foreign countries.
The pillow wasn't very comfortable but if you're tired enough after a night in Tokyo it shouldn't pose too much of a problem.
non.
Old facilities, unhelpful staff.
Room is too small and the wall is too thin easy to disturb each other.
No non-smoking rooms...very bad smell in the room
Towels in brown color seems not relieble...
Extremely noisy... guests walk and talk all night and you can hear everything.
The front desk staff wasn't friendly nor helpful. I reached early and wanted to drop my stuff to head out for shopping and she told me to just leave my stuff in the hallway. The place is run down and has a old smell in the room as well as foul smell from the ac/heater resulting in shivers throughout the night. The walkway to the hotel is very quiet and dark which can be unsafe for solo female travellers.
No room to room tel connection. Front desk staff doesnt look friendly.
staff ,clean.
Poor any service.
Noisy.
Staff not helpful. Poor customer service. Room did not fulfilled as promised. Very heavy smoking smell even though did request for non smoking room. Very narrow space, uncomfortable. Rather pay additional few thousand yen for a better hotel room nearby.
Got to motel, then told rooms were not in working order. Sent to other
hotel further away. Lobby had a foul smell.
What I did not like is that I went to the hotel and the receptionist
walked me over to what she said was another one of their hotels and it
was not so nice so I recommend you stay away from this place all
together..
The place is very old, it would need a refurbishment. I understand it
is a cheap solution for Shinjuku but be aware you will stay in a very
sad hotel.
