Location was fantastic- within walking distance to Nakajima koen subway station, as well as lots of restaurants. It is about a 20 minute walk to the JR Sapporo station, and associated shopping malls like Daimaru, ESTA, Stellar Place.
There was also free breakfast (simple bread/toast, soup, coffee/tea, juice) for all guests and free wifi all throughout the hotel.

English speaking staff, very big and clean rooms. Inexpensive. I only stayed here for one night, but I enjoyed it and wish I would have stayed longer. Will use this hotel when I return to Sapporo.
The hotel staff was very nice and thoughtful, no problem to communicate in English. It's about 30 mins walk from JR Sapporo station to the hotel. The room (single room) was tiny but neat.
It has wifi and LAN.
The room is a little bit small, and the breadfast is quite simple, only bread, tea/coffee and soup. But The room rate is quite cheap. You can't ask more.

Air conditioning didn't seem to be working, and we ended up having to leave the window open whenever we got back to the hotel/overnight (which can be slightly noisy) but this wasn't a major problem.
Rooms are on the small side, but not uncommon in Japan and we didnt spend a lot of time in the rooms anyway. Could fit 2 large luggages in the room but there was little room to move around in.
I think the breakfast was a little boring.
WIFI signal was weak and hard to get connection.
