Ten Backpackers Hostel is a 20-minute train ride from Universal Studios Japan and features a free-use kitchen, a cafe and free Wi-Fi. It provides simple, air-conditioned private and dormitory rooms with shared bathrooms.
Most rooms at Ten Backpackers Hostel Osaka have Japanese-style futon beds on a tatami (woven-straw) floor. Alternately, guests can sleep in a bunk bed in the Western-style dormitory room. All rooms have shared toilets, and towels are available for a fee.
The hostel is a 2-minute walk from Osaka Tenmangu Train Station, and a 3-minute walk from Minami-Morimachi Train Station. The Nakanoshima area is a 15-minute walk, and Osaka Castle is a 20-minute journey away. Bicycles can be rented.
The common area has a chargeable internet station as well as a Skype phone and free tea & coffee. You can relax at the rooftop terrace use the coin launderette. Private lockers are on offer.
TEN Cafe serves lunch and sometimes hosts live music events in the evening.
