Good location, it was a bit tricky to walk to either train station but taxi was under $10aud. One particular lady staff was very friendly and went out of her way to help, even driving us to the bus stop to get to fuji 5th station. Restaurants are close by and there is a store to pick up lots of supplies call Don quiotai around the back of the steak house.

The Music Forest is right across the road from Den's, a must visit in Kawagouchi. Kuhei San and Keiko San were most hospitable. I was picked up on time and sent back to Kawagouchi Station in comfort. The rooms were clean and bright looking out to a balcong, and beds comfortable. Simple breakfast of coffee and toasts would start your day right.

Hotel has a good location to have a sightseeing of both fuji mountain and kawaguchico lake. Equipments in the hotel are new and clean. Host of hotel can speak English frequently and provide free pickup and delivery between hotel and kawaguchico station.

Location is great, very near the train station. I stayed in the Japanese-
style room and it was good. The room is spacious for Japanese standards
and the shared toilet was clean. The communal bathroom is clean and of
good space too. Staff was very friendly. They let us keep our bag for 36
hours until we came back from a climb in the mountain and everything was
safe there.

the owner was very enthousiastic and helpfull and made us feel at home. When we couldnt find the way he got in his car and showed us the right direction. The rooms are perfect and the view on Fuji was stunning. It was a shame that we didn't book our dinner at the weekend shuffle, it looked and smelled amazing and would definitely recommend to book this!
