  The room was very large (corner twin room), had a nice view, and it was spotless. The staff were helpful and very professional. The location is very convenient to reach any point in Tokyo (by Metro, railway, or walking). The hotel is in a quiet part of town, specially at night, but there are plenty of restaurants around if you want to walk to dinn... hva folk sier » er. It has great additional services such as a lounge with free tea and coffee 24/7, and free WIFI everywhere in the hotel. The result is very high va - Altough I wanted a non-smoking room but when I reserved with booking there was only smoking room, but when I arrived at the hotel I told them that I am not a smoker and they changed my room to a non-smoking floor, THEREFORE I will give them 10/10 for that! Clean Hotel! Very nice staff and helpful! quiet hotel and area comparing it with alot others. near Mita subway station 2min walk. I would definitely stay here again!

  The rooms were very nice, very very comfortable beds. We had 2 rooms facing the garden. Loved the view. It wasn't that hard to find the hotel. Best free wifi signals, it deserves 2 thumbs up for that. Short walking distance to the tsukiji market, the staffs were very helpful. Upon checking out we had a box that required packing and they provided ... hva folk sier » tapes and strings and packed for us at their front desk. They have exclusive amenities which I love their scents so much. There were many restaurants - Our view!!!!! Our room looked out onto Tokyo Tower and if it was clear, Mt Fuji (which it wasn't clear, so we could only barely make out the outline.) With all the rooms above the 25th floor, the skyline view is guaranteed. We had easy access to all kinds of services in the surrounding malls (Pedi-Shiodome, and Carretta). There was easy access also to subway stations, with two nearby. The airport limousine bus brought us right to the hotel from Narita, with a nice view of the city on the way.

  This hotel (and I've been travelling to Japan for some 30 years) is the best value in Tokyo that I have found. The rooms are fastidiously clean. Despite being on a busy Tokyo street, I had a very quiet room on the side. The bathroom was sparkingly clean with the latest in design. The shower was delightful. The room was a very good size (I had... hva folk sier » a double) and the bed very comfortable. They have a system where you set the time you want to get up and the lights start to shine about 1/2 hour be - I have never had such a good sleep in my entire life! The bed and the pillows were just heavenly. And the curtains didn't let any light in at all so we could sleep in as late as we wanted on our rest days. It was great! The shower was amazing as well. we stayed in 4 hotels throughout our stay and this one was our favourite. Some people may complain that the rooms were a little small but it didn't bother us at all. if you want a brilliant night sleep with friendly staff then stay here! such a gr

  My partner and i stayed at City Nutz in 2011 and loved the room we got and the hospitality we received, the drink machine which offers three free drinks was just a bonus! (the rooms are not massive but nothing in Tokyo will be and it was perfect for two) we then stayed with a group of 6 in the japanese room in the same trip which was just as gre... hva folk sier » at, more roomy due to tatami style and although winter the bedding is very warm and this needn't be a worry (we also asked for temper pillows as note - We loved the location and being just 2 short blocks from the subway station in the heart of Tokyo. It was very convenient and I would stay there again just because I know what I'm getting. It's definitely not the fanciest of places...but it was clean, had decent amenities, and worked for what we needed. Coffee maker, small fridge, interesting music system, tv.
