  Situated in an excellent location with its own shuttle bus transporting between the hotel and the station, Shinjuku Hilton Hotel offers a wonderful stay. Having not booked for breakfast, I still tried their Sushi restaurant leading to an exquisite session of delicious food. Again the stay was in a g - Great lobby design, luxurious especially with coffee shop layout. Rooms are nice, except that beds are generally small. Location is perfect. Across is a Denny's and Starbucks. 5 minutes walk is a subway station. It also offers free shuttle to Shinjuku Station. Area is very peaceful. Cherry blossom right across the hotel.

  We were highly impressed and enjoyed every moment of our stay. Lovely efficient staff, gorgeous huge stylish rooms, extremely comfortable beds and linen. We booked in for the last 3 nights of our trip and couldn't hope for a better ending to the trip. The 4 subway lines at the bottom of the building were great for exploring everywhere.   I've always liked the Cerulean and I have often stayed here for business. This time it was on a vacation. The staff is impeccably polite and go out of their way to assist. Everyone speaks excellent English. It's incredibly clean. It's one of the best hotels in Tokyo, IMO, especially if you spring for the executive suites.   The staff are excellent. Impeccably courteous, of course, friendly, and helpful. The room was spacious, and had two views, as it was a corner room. One overlooked a nice garden. It was quiet and restful, yet convenient to subway stops and really nice and (seriously) inexpensive restaurants (just beside the nearby ana Hotel, part of the shops which... hva folk sier » are part of the Suntory Hall complex). There are plenty of competitive shops on the streets near the hotel, so you're in no way hostage to the hotel - The Hotel Okura is well maintained and a traditional Japanese atmosphere. The Staff is super friendly and courteous. Bed was comfortable, the bathroom, small but clean and with everything you might need. Very clean in general. Decoration of the Hotel is a minimalistic Japanese style.
