  Incredible views. Very nice staff. Everyone always smiles. Courtesy van to shinjuku station which we took every day. - The location was relatively convenient -- especially since they offer shuttle service to Shinjuku station.

  We were highly impressed and enjoyed every moment of our stay. Lovely efficient staff, gorgeous huge stylish rooms, extremely comfortable beds and linen. We booked in for the last 3 nights of our trip and couldn't hope for a better ending to the trip. The 4 subway lines at the bottom of the building were great for exploring everywhere. We would defiantly recommend this hotel and Tokyo to - This hotel is the second best I have ever stayed at, only being surpassed by the Burj Al Arab in Dubai. The staff were fantastic, I have never been served by more attentive staff at any hotel. The room was fabulous, we were given one on the top floor with an awesome view, the amenities in the room, everything was spotless and clean. The breakfast was great, eggs cooked to order, delicious smoked salmon, and again fantastic staff. I would not consider staying anywhere else if I were to visit Tok

  I like the city view. My room is on the higher floor. The night view is gorgeous. And breakfast is included in the price. The staff and service and the Japanese garden are excellent. The room and bathroom are big and clean. Though the location is not that near to JR Mejiro station, and very often we have to take taxi to and from the Mejiro sta... hva folk sier » tion, but given the other merits it can offer, it is acceptable. The Mejiro area is a very nice and peaceful area. Actually we can also use the Edo - A very nice hotel, located in a quiet upscale residential area. Classic grand-hotel style, with excellent service and big comfortable rooms with fantastic view towards the city or onto the beautiful Japanese gardens. We enjoyed the pool, gym, spa and the hot spring bath.

  I've always liked the Cerulean and I have often stayed here for business. This time it was on a vacation. The staff is impeccably polite and go out of their way to assist. Everyone speaks excellent English. It's incredibly clean. It's one of the best hotels in Tokyo, IMO, especially if you spring for the executive suites. The City View rooms are e... hva folk sier » normous and you can take a bath while looking out over a fabulous view of Tokyo. Worth the splurge. - Easy transfer from the airport by airport bus limousine. Staff extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. Room size was large by Tokyo standards and the bathroom was lovely. Coucagno was also amazing, can recommend the degustation menu. Simply can't fault it.
