Check in/out with storage service at Kyoto train station is a really convenient one. The rooms are surprisingly big and cozy with superb city view. Location is excellent to access the Nanjio temple and other famous spot. Dining and caual walking in this area are superb. -
The hotel was extremely comfortable and the service was superb. Its
location was a little far from tourist areas, however it is conveniently
located near a subway station and the hotel shuttle helps you get to the
train station. The staff helps you in giving directions.

Excellent location in the centre of Kyoto, it is near various places of
interest and additionally the hotel is above underground station which
makes getting around Kyoto a breeze.
Excellent rooms, excellent air conditioning and clean, modern bathrooms.
Staff very friendly and courteous. Almost all staff speak excellent English.

We get a good view of the river and Hiragashiyama through the big window. With three beds, the room still has a lot of space. And bathroom is large, too, which surprised us because we thought hotel rooms in Japan were very small. The staff here are very nice and warm. The location is great: it connects the subway station, and you can take a leisure walk at night by Yuka.

The hotel is nice and our room (two adults and two kids) was quite
large. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We never ate at any of
the hotel restaurants and so cannot comment. As with other Japan hotes
they provide lots of amenities. All in all it was good choice and good

Imperial Palace and short taxi rides to the Golden and Silver temples. -
The concierge was amazing! The purpose of my vacation was to see the
temples, see the Gion district, and dress up like a Geisha. She
helped me to plan everything with the buses, trains, taxis, etc. She
had maps for me in English that were extremely helpful. The hotel is
centrally located near the main attractions of Kyoto making it ideal
for my vacation.
