Located quite and cozy, close to hiroshima station. Friendly owner and

Japanese style. Near Hiroshima station and Inari-machi trem station. Can walk to Hotchobori to get lunch or dinner.
Conviently close to Hiroshima station, but not far from main sites to visit.
Location: difficult to find, badly indicated. Only one shower by floor.

Check in not before 4 pm but you can leave your luggage in the lobby.
Main door close strictly at 11 pm.
Little bit spooky, shared bathroom, and a drunk old man who shouted in the back of receptionist.
Main issue: Was my room door lock was broken thus not letting me shut the door properly. Quite frustrating pushing screws back into the holes to allow the door to close properly.
Minor issue:
The man spoke barely no English which made communication big difficult (lucky I had my language book), however he was very friendly and took the time to write the basic information such as check in time, what level the bathroom was on etc all in English.
We had to wait more than 30 minutes in the lobby before the lady finally
came. She could barely speak English but moreover was very rude. At
first she did not want to let us in before 4pm the time to check-in. We
had to insist to leave our heavy bags in the safe place. She wanted to
leave them in the entrance without vigilance.
