It is very near the Hakata station which makes it easy to navigate with a heavy luggage particularly at the end of the trip.
Breakfast is adequate and there was slight variation each day.
Good location and free wifi, breakfast and safe in the room.

Location is very close to the station and very convenient. Good value for money.
Near to JR Hakata station convenient for transit stay in Fukuoka.
Not really a dislike but typical of Japanese accommodation and Toyoko inn. Definitely small room.
Check in time 4pm is too late.
Breakfast is so so.
Room space very small if we are big in size. Do not accept luggage storage more than 1 day as it is not convenience for us to make Fukuoka as base to travel other part of Kyushu.
Staff was not as friendly and gracious as in other hotels.
